I also really liked the original 1990s X-Men animated series as well.
The reason for the low volume for the "Noah's Animals" series is most likely since these were VHS transfers and to this day, they haven't been released on any other format (not even DVD). I would love a remastered version of the series on a streaming platform like Tubi. It's in dire need of one.
I could try editing them to have louder volume sometime. I was the one who edited all of the Rita and Runt episodes on my channel.
