Have you ever tried limiting carbs and going vegetarian? It’s another way to live longer. Just a reminder. As bad as my anxiety is, it was worse before I stopped eating meat and simple carbs. Take care Matthew and thank you again for your prayers! I’ll check out your uploads the next time I’m here.

Thank you again! My mom has her appetite back. I think anxiety affects her physical health too. I know it does mine. Are you sleeping okay? For about ten nights in a row, I got 3 hours sleep or less. I had to be alert for my mom and help her but now our schedules are more in sync so when she sleeps, I sleep. Most of the time my overactive mind and catastrophizing keep me up

two straight weeks until Dec 8, one day after Pearl Harbour.
i'll be fine, a year ago i was working two jobs,
friday saturday and sunday (x 11 hours) at the roadhouse and then Tuesday, wednesday and thursday (x 9 hours) for ghandiman corporation.
the roadhouse is a 10 minute drive from my place.
