Hits hard as a mf who lived without any electricity for 3days and had to use candles at night and shit because family was too broke to pay the electricity bill. Also many times where the internet shut off for days for the same reason

09:00 idk why it's controversial in america to hang clothes. Basically every other country on earth even the first world EU nations and Japan and south Korea hang dries clothes inside or outside. Hand washing clothes is still weird though.

Only real advice I would have is get peanut butter. You can get giant jars that last months (atleast for me) and peanut butter is full of protein and calories too so you can avoid starving to death with it.
Not sure how expensive it is though since I've never bought it before myself and changes depending on the country I think as well
(prob Gon be more expensive outside of US/Canada because there isnt much demand so only special import stores would have them in the rest of the world)

Also getting potatoes and rice and beans if possible are good since they can fill you up well and are cheap in many areas (not Japan surprisingly enough rice and beans are expensive)

Also go to the library if you have one near if you broke since alot of them have free wifi and PCs there (one of my friends I talked to for months with him just using library computers to text me once a week or 2 and manually logging in to discord everytime) but also you can read the books there to become smarter
