Health is subjective anyway. Besides, this video is not for everyone anyway regardless of who makes it. Besides, there are people out there want objective information on cholesterol anyway. You got to be your own doctor, do not take my word for it.

I think the demonizing of meat and eggs and fat is retarded but the response of demonizing seed oils and anything that has a long name
(which btw some of these long chemicals people demonize are actually good like folic acid reduces the chance of miscarriages in pregnant woman yet I've seen tiktokers complain about folic acid in food)
just so you can sell people supplements is also retarded. 99% of these guys who talk about red 40 and seed oils all the time on TikTok and yt shorts always sell courses or supplements that are 100s of dollars like Paul saladino and Santa Cruz medicinals.

Just eat a diet of mainly vegetables and fruit and meat and eggs and nuts and beans and small amounts of rice or bread and maybe a snack and make sure to eat your maintenance calories (don't starve yourself or overeat either) and you should be fine if you don't have any other dietary needs or allergies.
Theplantslant/Liam taught me to ignore all these retards on yt shorts who just fearmonger for $$

And this is where I have to criticize you young man. You used a study from Harvard, a study that was sponsored by mainstream scientists. Weight gain is not just caused "Caloric surplus," which is subjective mind you. Weight gain can also be caused by hormonal imbalance. Be a little more intensive with your research next time. Also, if you ferment vegetables before you eat it, the anti-nutrient properties are gone and you get the full nutrient benefit of the vegetable. This is an embarrassment of an argument even for you.

@edray1416 I mean I just did a quick 2minute search on Google just to see what you were even talking about with anti nutrients. As for hormonal imbalance there could be some effects for weight gain and loss but people in Auschwitz were skinny. Like at a certain point if you eat so little or so much any hormonal imbalance or metabolism or genetics wouldn't matter.

Like doesn't matter how slow your metabolism is if you don't eat any food for a month you will be skinnier or if you eat 50bigmacs a day for a month you will be fatter nomatter how fast your metabolism is.

As for fermenting vegetables. I don't really know the benefits or negatives of it but if you like it then do it I guess. Just make sure it doesn't grow mold or bacteria
