My return to VidLii
For the first time in 4 years, I have returned. After seeing what has gone on with this site after actively avoiding this site, VidLii could return to prominence within 3 to 6 months. I'm not saying all of the people will return and have a good time again. But it is something worth reminiscing about.

It's inspiring to see VidLii reemerge from the fecal matter. It was in Hell for so long I was rather upset to see what was THE Old YT site for a good time. I mean I started to drift towards Vlare as 2019 rolled on and 2020 was a bit of a blur but wow... it's actually a sane site again. It's beautiful to see. Also, I am also glad VidLii is back.

I don't expect to return, most of them have moved on. Those who return have (and should) treat it as a fun little side thing to do. Still cool to see people from the old days come back

lolwut era vidlii is proof libertarian ideology doesnt actually work in practice. if you have no rules or little rules then people will always take advantage of that and turn it into an echochamber cess pool
"vidlii could return to prominence in 6months" i think it is already is in prominence. since january 2025 theres been more and more high quality original posters on vidlii and more features are getting added.
1:35 you can upload new video versions of old videos if you have partner so you can replace the older videos with HD uncompressed remasters while still keeping the url and views and comments as before
