Getting DLC for Saints Row 2 German
Put each of the three DLC files into HDD1/Content/[User ID]/54510836/00000002/;
Might have to change the dashboard to English, haven't tested otherwise, and yes, achievements will pop but only for Ultor Exposed. :(
