Read the first paragraph of the description if the message at 2:17 isn't clear enough; it's more informative than the video itself. It basically tells lolwut that he needs to do his job. No bloody 30 minute video essay needed to tell him to do his job, if he does need it then he should have never been made owner in the first damn place.
