@AaronP Basically, healthy foods are better for your skin. I still am, I recently went through the laser CO2 procedure (it's more intense than the :vampire: facial). I've taken a short break because of the procedure, but I'm in the process of picking back up to where I left off. A plus side is that it gave me more time for my reading.
