i dont know why but i had 63 friends and 64 subscribers yesterday but now i have around 30. what happened? is it some glitch?

forgive me. sre you busy? if so, i got two copyright strikes which my account is in ad standing. one says "abusing the report system" after i got a strike, i apologized to Formidable. the apologizng would be considered "reporting the abuse system"? please let me know because i'm the type that's literally confused.
